Mardin Youth and Culture Association will carry out the International Mesopotamia Circus and Street Arts Festival which will take place in the center of Mardin, Turkey, and its 9 towns. 50 national, international circus and street artists will meet with the local people and visit the 9 towns of Mardin, its streets and squares and fill them with colourful, unforgettable characters and performaces.
A few of us will also be there to hold Workshops and shows for the kids there...

in der Sporthalle des Hausprojekts "KuBiz", Bernkastler Str. 3, Weissensee, Berlin (M4 Buschalle) und auch täglich am Weissen See
Du bist eingeladen, über eine ganze Woche mit uns kreative Fähigkeiten auszutauschen.Alle
Mitwirkende sind gefragt, ihre eigene kleine Workshops zu geben oder
uns zu helfen, die folgende Themen auszubauen, zu erforschen und
weiterzugeben:
* Clown (Pantomime, Mimik, Nachahmen, Übertreiben, Emotionen, Spielen)
* Körperliches Theater (Improvisation, Präsenz, Bewegung)
* Stelzen (Laufen, Fallen, Akrobatik, Performance)
* Akrobatik (Basics, Partner, Fortgeschritten)
* Musikinstrumenten ausprobieren (Akkordeon, Querflöte, Klarinette, Digirido, Geige, Posaune, Trompete, Gitarre, Beatbox mit Verstärker)
* Lieder proben (Klezmer, Balkan, Swing, Russisch, Selbstgeschriebenes und Punk! oder was du willst . . . )
* Massage (Wirbelsäule, Muskelentspannung, Aufwachen!)
* Filme & Umwelt-Diskussionen (u.a. "The Story of Stuff"-Serien)
* Fahrradreparatur (alle Basics selber einstellen können)
* Gespräche (ich/wir in der Gruppe, Finanzen & Situationen auf einer Reise)
* Informationsrunde (Fördermöglichkeiten für künstlerische Projekte)
* Vernetzung (Theater / Musik / Widerstand / Queer / Gärten / Reisende)
* Fotos, Videos & Geschichten von 2 Jahren auf Fahrrädern mit Straßenmusik und Kinderzirkus in Europa & Asien
Ca. 7 Leute werden die ganze Woche in KuBiz wohnen und sich täglich mit
solchen Thematiken und Fähigkeiten beschäftigen, weil wir uns auf eine Theater-Reise mit Fahrrädern vorbereiten.
Im letzten Moment dachten wir, lass uns das Skill-Sharing für alle
eröffnen . . . Also egal ob du nur für ein Workshop oder für eine
Nacht, mehre Tage oder gleich die ganze Woche dich einbringen willst,
freuen wir uns auf dich!
Spenden
Wir wollen es auch ermöglichen, dass Menschen ohne Geld mitmachen
können, aber wir wollen mindestens 200 Euro an KuBiz für die Woche
spenden können. Daher ist die Teilnahme gegen Spende für die Heizung,
Strom, Wasser, usw. erforderlich. Wir geben was wir können und machen
transparent was wir brauchen.

direction of Czech Republic and Poland. Along the way we'll give street
performances, circus workshops and many other events.

well as their Rebel Clown Army workshops and actions in Japan, and
comment on ecological issues they encountered in Mongolia, China,
Japan, Vietnam, Laos and Kazakhstan. Open for all questions &
discussions about cycling, building tallbikes and tandems, street music
performance, environmental sustainability . . .

General Meeting on 12.12.2011 - Brainstorming for Projects in 2012[up]- posted 16.11.2011
At our General Meeting we'll be able to have conversation with each
other, discuss new projects, reflect on old projects, learn about
possibilities for sponsoring, etc. and make new contacts with
interesting people !!!!!
(The general meeting will also allow us to wrap up the necessary formalities for running our organisation)
Simultaneous to our meeting, there will be the weekly Open Training for
Circus and Juggling from SHAKE. After talking our heads off, we can
toss them around and play a bit together . . .
